I am home for my day off and I feel like cooking up something healthy but filling. What to make? I am craving spinach so badly that I think I should make
I start off with 8 eggs whipped with my spoon
A package of spinach unthawed
Grated white cheddar cheese
Salt n pepper, not to much salt! I made that mistake once!
Stir and bake in baking dish at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
Let cool for 20 minutes
Oh my gosh so good!😋
